About Us
The Shepherd Mountain Neighborhood Association (SMNA) has been working since 2016 to keep our community a great place to live. We're all about protecting what makes Shepherd Mountain Phase Two and our surrounding area special, and work to preserve the safety, strength and beauty of our neighborhood. As a 501(c)(4) nonprofit, we're here to look out for each other and help our neighborhood thrive.
Updates
Upcoming Changes on Courtyard Drive/RM 2222
Beginning Monday, Oct. 20 at 8 p.m., southbound Loop 360 between RM 2222 and Courtyard Drive there will be an alternating single lane closure nightly for barrier work through Thursday, Oct. 23. RM 2222 entrance ramp to southbound Loop 360 also reduced to one lane nightly. All lanes are expected to reopen by 5 a.m. each morning, weather permitting.
Road signs have been placed to alert drivers of the upcoming changes. TxDOT asks drivers to be patient. Pay attention to flaggers and traffic control, plan ahead and expect delays. Neighbors and businesses may experience an increase in noise, vibration, and dust during night work.

Texas Department of Trandsportation (TxDOT) to start stabilizing and cutting back the upper limestone cliffs on west side of Loop 360 (the Shepherd Mountain side of the highway.)
